My husband and I were married just over a year when we decided that we should look at buying our very first home. We ventured out one Saturday afternoon looking at open houses and different home builders in different communities around the city. Our last stop of the day was Saddlebrook in the Northeast. We started going through the different show homes looking around and making little and sometimes forced conservation with the sale representatives. Then we walked into the Laurel (Elite Homes) in Saddlebrook. After walking through the home my husband and I both knew that we had just found our first home. We started talking to Jason Gauvreau the Area Manager about the home and the community. He was so easy to talk to and so informative. We did not feel pressured at all to put down a deposit on a lot as the previous home builders had made us feel as soon as we walked through their door. He walked us through the show home top to bottom, went through everything. After going home and talking about we new that the Laurel was what we wanted and Jason was the right man to sell it to us.
This being our first home and hearing all the horror stories about building homes and horror stories about home builders I was very nervous about EVERYTHING!!! Jason always put me to ease and was so patient. I would sometimes ask the same questions over and over again and not once was he getting frustrated, he seemed to get more and more helpful and always remained patient.
Every weekend myself and husband would venture up to Saddlebrook to make sure everything was on track and everything was how we wanted it (again hearing too many stories of other people building homes with other builders.) But everything was always fine and no problems. If we had any concerns or questions Jason always made us feel welcome and willing to help. If he could not address them himself he got the answer for us the following day or two. What we appreciated the most is that Jason never answered a question unless he was sure of the answer. He was not afraid to say "Well I just do not know, I will look into that for you", and he always did. He never told us things that he thought we wanted to hear. He told us what to expect and when to expect it. He never blew smoke in our eyes like so many sale representatives do these days to make a sale.
Going through it seemed like we where never going to get possession, we were too excited and too impatient at times. But Jason promised us that he (Elite Homes) would build a top quality home and that he did. Now it is about 6 months later we LOVE our home and are so grateful that we chose Elite Homes and Jason. We recommend Elite Homes to everyone we talk to.
Thank you so much,
Terra and Rob Altshuler
Dear Jason:
On behalf of Emily, Gregory and myself, I would like to show our sincere appreciation on your efforts, patience and professionalism. Thank you. We have seen most of show homes in Calgary, but we could not find anyone like you; friendly enough to introduce your friends who built their home with Cardel, and professionally enough to educate us to understand on Community and new home building by Cardel.
We did not know how important the community and friendly neighbors mean to us. But now we can see the importance of that. As a immigrant family far from Korea, we found that it is kind of hard to mingle in already organized communities considering the fact that we only have spend about 5 months in Canadian Society. However, you made that easy by introducing and sharing your connection, including yourself, generously to us.
You are truly professional and we could observe that through number of conversations with your previous customers. Do you remember when we first met 2 or 3 months ago? You offered, and don't forget the other ones recently, a chance to have conversation with your Korean customer who built her home with Cardel and you. Without 100% confidence on pervious customer's satisfaction, no one can let a new customer have conversation with pervious customers in other language, which he or she can not understand at all. Because of your professionalism and confidence on customer satisfaction, we are, and will as we go along, truly satisfy our choice of Cardel as our home builder, Tuscany as our community, and, most of al, our choice of you and your friends as our neighbors. Without your friendly and professional advices, we would not choose Cardel or Tuscany for our new home.
We thank you for letting us be your friends and neighbors, and all the help and professional advices you have given us for our right decision.
We appreciate you again and look forward to meet you again.
Best Regards,
Michael Choi & Emily Koo
P.S. I would write a much nicer letter, which shows all of our appreciation if I could write in Korean. Sorry for any grammatical mistakes in expressing our thoughts in this letter if there is any.
We would like to express our satisfaction with the purchasing of an Elite Home in the Saddlebrook Area. The quality of the Elite Home's construction, its interior finishing and, especially, its friendly staff are superior to other builders we have dealt with in our past experience.
We would like t o provide a strong recommendation for the area sale manager, Jason Gauvreau. At every stage of the purchasing process, from placing a deposit on the house to signing the papers, to choosing the exterior and interior finishing, to the walkthrough and taking possession, Jason was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly, and gave good opinions when we asked them. Everything went smoothly. This purchase has been a very pleasant experience and we believe it is largely due to Mr. Gauvreau's effort.
So besides saying thanks, we certainly plan to recommend Elite Homes to our friends. If we purchase a new home again you can be assured that we will be looking for an Elite Home.
Yours Sincerely,
Dora and George Lee
My husband and I met Jason a year ago. We happened to stop in to inquire about some houses being built. We had just gone to "look" and 3 hours later we had bought a house. He was very informative and walked us through the whole building process. He was energetic and could tell he was really happy and excited for us. Jason is very passionate about what he does and it shows in his personality. He was always willing to answer any questions we had, and was always willing to take us over and show us the stages of the building process. And even took pictures of the building stages so we could see the progress. He made the process of buying a house that was just being built a very positive experience for us both. And he always had coffee on! Highly recommend Jason!
